Our mission is to lead people into a fully-devoted relationship with Jesus Christ by loving people, cultivating community, and inspiring hope based completely on the Bible which is 100% truth. Religion is man’s attempt to reach God. We ARE NOT religious, but we LOVE Jesus. While man invented religion and it is a failure, God’s way is a personal relationship and that has proven successful for thousands of years!

What we believe
- We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, in their original writing, as fully inspired of God and accept them as the supreme and final authority for faith and life.
- We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten of the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and is true God and a true man.
- We believe that God created man in His own image; that man sinned and thereby incurred the penalty of sin which is death physically and spiritually; that all human beings inherit a sinful nature which issues (in the case of those who reach moral responsibility) in actual transgression involving personal guilt.
- We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins a substitutionary sacrifice according to the Scriptures and that all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood.
- We believe that every born-again believer should maintain a consistent prayer life.
- We believe that without faith it is impossible to please God. Upon salvation, the atonement redeemed from the curse of the law, which includes poverty, sickness, and spiritual death. Our lives will be successful and healthy if we walk in the light of this redemption with faith in God’s Word and in answer to believing prayer.
- We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus, His ascension into Heaven, and His present life as our High Priest.
- We believe in the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- We believe that all that repent of their sin and receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.

W – WORSHIP!
Human beings were created by a loving and creative God. A God who blessed us with a free moral will. We are not robots nor are we animals. WORSHIP is our gift back to God and it is central to all that we do at Hondo Carpenter Ministries and Faith Family Church. We endeavor and purpose in our hearts to make WORSHIP a key part of our purpose.
E – EVANGELISM!
God’s heart is to see all of humanity reconciled to him through salvation. That is why we purpose to share the gospel of Jesus Christ 24/7/365 and to “Win the Lost at Any Cost.” It is a selfish and sinful act to not love and share the blessed redemption of humanity by an amazing creator to a world that is desperate to hear that message. WE LOVE PEOPLE. We do not expect people to change and then come to God. We believe you do not fault the lost for acting like it, you love them and share the truth of the gospel message, allowing them to exercise their free moral choice.
B – BUILDING THE SAINTS!
God’s word is 100% truth and infallible. It is not boring or difficult. We believe that it is sinful to make the gospel of Jesus Christ boring, difficult or both. We take Jesus command to, “Go into all the world and make disciples,” like we do all scripture in context: literally. Our purpose is not only to worship our loving creator and to see the lost brought to salvation through Him, but to build disciples with the understanding that they personally have an amazing and non-boring, exciting relationship with the Master of the Universe! Nothing is better than knowing Jesus Christ in a personal way and following his purpose for your life!
